Duke Energy & For The Birds Present Super Tuesday “Wildlife 101” August 16th 1:00 – 3:00 PM At The World Of Energy This interesting Super Tuesday Program deals with a subject that will eventually affect all of us because many of us live in the country or woods and we see all kinds of wildlife. What do we do when we find a wild critter that is injured and may need our help? Calling 911 is not going to work. This unique program, “Wildlife 101”, will give us ways to cope with these situations. Paws Animal Wildlife Sanctuary, Inc., an upstate SC non-profit organization, is headed up by an amazing lady and a network of 100 volunteers that cares for, rehabilitates and releases back to the wild 600-700 injured animals a year. At any one time they are caring for and housing 70 to 150 injured animals. To get a sense of what they do, check out their Paws Animal Wildlife Sanctuary, Inc.
